Give by Cell provides you with the opportunity to capture donations and donor contact information via text messaging. Many small donations can make a big difference.
We offer more services and ways to collect donations than any other company in the world. That's why over 700 non-profits use our mobile technology.
Additional ways cell phones can raise revenue
Our services include set up and computer hosting of all campaigns; transaction handling including donor billing, collection, and receipt generation; dynamic web-based reporting and donor information; payment directly to sponsoring organization; follow-up 'thank you' messages and marketing support. We offer a "turnkey" service.
This service is made possible due to special arrangements made by the Mobile Giving Foundation with virtually all cell phone carriers, who have collectively agreed to provide this service without normal commission and fees to qualified 501(c) 3 organizations. The special challenges of nonprofit organizations are our only consideration.
Allow your donors to share their donation with friends, choose to receive more information about your organization later, or donate through your web site using cutting-edge platforms:
- Future Text Application -- allows donors or opt-in to receive texts in the future.
- Web Widgets and Facebook API's -- allow potential supporters to donate through your organization's web site, facebook profile, even email signatures!
- Donation Referral Service -- allows donors to forward texts to friends notifying them of their contribution, thus facilitating the potentially viral spread of your message.
- Email Collection -- allows your donors to choose to share their email address or other information.
- Text2Pledge -- Allow your donors to give more than $5 or $10!
- Text2Screen -- Allow your donors to project their text messages onto a screen, encouraging others to give. Let the crowd know how close you are to your goal!

With Text2Pledge your donors can text in to pledge any dollar amount, there is no $5 or $10 limit. After your event, you can contact your donors to collect their pledges, or Guide by Cell’s call center can reach out to your donors and complete the transactions for you!
